I actually like the white flowers more because the light and shadow are much more delicate. But this red looks overwhelming. 🙂

The red one is almost completely abstract and doesn’t say flower but rather shows some interesting shape/mechanism and that seems a real celebration of a flower.

I think that’s what’s so special about this type of close-up, discovering hidden shapes and patterns that reveal a completely different world than one would imagine from superficial vision. In my opinion, the red gives much more gravity than the airy details of the white flower.
